About
I am a sound master and sound designer. I create sound for film, podcasts and spatial installations in galleries and museums — and I teach others how to work with sound.
I studied Sound Design at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, Tomas Bata University in Zlín (studio led by Ľudovít Labík) — BcA 2022, MgA 2024 with a thesis on the influence of sound on narrative in horror VR games; I'm completing follow-up research in 2026. Event management, production and working with people on set are part of the craft too.
Documentary is my home discipline: the mix and sound dramaturgy of The Kratom Collectors for Czech Television won audience awards at Academia Film Olomouc 2025 and Prague Science Film Fest 2025. Alongside film I edit podcasts for Czech and international shows, and as sound designer and co-author I realised the 8-channel sound exhibition Fragile Landscape at Kabinet T. Gallery.
What sets me apart is space: multichannel installations, audio guides, binaural and adaptive audio for VR and games — and research into how AI can change sound in real time according to the space and the audience. I believe sound shouldn't be a backdrop but an experience across the whole spectrum: from the depth you feel in your chest to the detail you only catch with your eyes closed.
